We teach mothers how to correctly feed their baby. We also help mothers experiencing breastfeeding problems, such as latching difficulties, painful nursing, and low milk production

Postnatal Care of Mother & Child

The postnatal period, defined as the six weeks following delivery, is crucial for maximizing maternal and newborn health. We help monitor the newborn’s growth and overall health status, treat childbirth-related complications, screen for postpartum depression, counsel women about their family planning options and refer the mother and baby for specialized care if necessary

Our highly experienced yoga instructor helps you on your entire journey to motherhood with the right yoga at every stage. We teach Asanas, Mudras, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation, Breathing Techniques.
