Arpithaa Anjan TV began her Yoga journey in 2010 as a student. In the same period she was also interested towards the Handwriting Analysis and did her certification in Certified Handwriting Analyst (California, USA). Her yearning for a life that would utilize mind, body and spirit of motherhood was satiated by the practicing and teaching of Prenatal Yoga, which over the years Arpithaa has been instrumental in introducing to the people of Bangalore. Her appearance in the show Family doctor for Zee Kannada on July 15 2017 helped catapult Prenatal Yoga into the mainstream . Other highlights in her long career as a premiere Yoga teacher include the co-owning ofYoga Studio, certifications from International Certified Child Birth Educator, International Certified Lactation Educator(completing Soon), Certified in Child Psychology(Malaysia), Certified Handwriting Analyst (California USA) and her eloquent workshops around the Rainbow Hospital and Sree Krishna Clinic.

Arpithaa's illustrious teaching career has flourished in and around Bangalore, but has for years been centered at both Rainbow Hospital and Sree Krishna Clinic where she is a founding partner for Prenatal Yoga and a Guide for many women during her motherhood. Since 2016 she has partnered with her husband Anjan Manju and Dr. N Shailaja to give guidance on the Prenatal Yoga Therapy for pregnant ladies, which encompasses a soulful mind, a fit body and a caring environment for a baby to be born.

Dr.Shailaja is an inspiration for many young women and has been their pillar of support, giving guidance and care during pregnancy to numerous women. Dr. Shailaja being the backbone of is a huge asset to us as Dr. Shailaja is renowned for being one of the best Obstetrician, Gynecologist and Infertility Specialist in Bangalore.
